- Check your spam folder.
- If you are using Gmail, check the “Promotions” tab in your Gmail box.
If you still cannot find them, please email us at info@valortix.com and we will resend them to you.

Do I have to print my tickets?
No, your tickets can be scanned from your ticket(s) email in your phone.
What if I forgot my printed tickets and I can't find them on my phone at the event?
It is a slightly slower check-in process, but our workers at the event can check you in by using your name and looking up your tickets.
